The Hero’s Journey, also called the monomyth, is an archetypal pattern found within stories from countless cultures from all over the globe. It’s a process that we all go through when we find ourselves in the midst of major transformation. There are seventeen stages of the hero’s journey. That’s not to say that we go through each and every one of them. But there may be major segments from the path that we find ourselves in as we undergo severe life upheavals and metamorphosis. 1. The Call to Adventure 2. Refusal of the Call 3. Supernatural Aid 4. The Crossing of the First Threshold 5. Belly of The Whale 6. The Road of Trials 7. The Meeting With the Goddess 8. Woman as Temptress 9. Atonement with the Father 10. Apotheosis 11. The Ultimate Boon 12. Refusal of the Return 13. The Magic Flight 14. Rescue from Without 15. The Crossing of the Return Threshold 16. Master of Two Worlds 17. Freedom to Live. This process is designed to help you whilst going through a major transformation in your life.

The Finders Course is the first universally effective course that helps people transition to Ongoing and Persistent Non-Symbolic Experience rapidly, safely, and reliably. The course is 100% secular and built on data from the world’s largest scientific research project in this area, which included over 1,200 participants on 6 continents. The research showed that using the Finders Course, 73% of people got there in 4 months or less. And, only 1% of people who took the program failed to experience it at all. The Finders Course provides the most effective technologies for creating permanent positive shifts in peace of mind, mental balance, life satisfaction and happiness. From ancient practices to cutting edge science, the program helps you to assemble a personalized program to reach your goals. The Finders Course meditation and mind-training protocol is a proven, peer-reviewed, statistically reliable program that is structured to the highest academic standards. Over the last 10 years, over 1000 meditation techniques were cataloged to create the existing course.

Through the Hoffmann Process participants learn how to transform counterproductive beliefs, perceptions, and emotional patterns that are limiting their lives. They are taught how to live from the positive dimensions of their beings, resulting in lives that are more free, open, loving, spontaneous, joyous, creative, balanced, and whole. In the 2006 peer-reviewed magazine “Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing,” the Hoffman Process was shown to have outstanding results. Program participants demonstrated significant and lasting increases in emotional intelligence, forgiveness, compassion, life satisfaction and vitality, coupled with significant and lasting decreases in depression, hostility and anxiety. A survey of worldwide research literature shows that no other interventions produce comparably strong and lasting results. Hoffman Process teachers have expertise in fields including medicine, psychology, divinity studies, the arts, and the corporate world. They share a common calling to guide others through the journey of the Hoffman Process.

The ten leadership Principles below highlight what becomes possible when LS are used to structure everyday interactions. (Everyday interactions mean meetings, one-on-one conversations, change initiatives, and interactions with clients). Principles are rules governing how we can choose to relate to others. They are statements of our beliefs about what helps create great organizations. Through thrills and spills of transforming change, we try to live by them. 1. Include and Unleash Everyone 2. Practice Deep Respect for People and Local Solutions 3. Build Trust As You Go 4. Learn by Failing Forward 5. Practice Self-Discovery Within a Group 6. Amplify Freedom AND Responsibility 7. Emphasize Possibilities: Believe Before You See 8. Invite Creative Destruction To Enable Innovation 9. Engage In Seriously-Playful Curiosity 10. Never Start Without a Clear Purpose. Liberating Structures start with something so simple and essential as not to seem worth doing and end with something so powerful and profound that it hardly seems possible.

Dragon Dreaming offers methods for the realisation of creative, collaborative and sustainable projects and organisations, built upon three principles:

  • personal growth – commitment to your own healing and empowerment
  • community building – strengthening the communities of which you are a part
  • service to the Earth – enhancing the wellbeing and flourishing of all life

Our activities are build upon a culture of a triple win-win-win.  A win for ourselves personally, for the communities we live in and for the Earth as a whole.  With Dragon Dreaming we are able not only to develop new skills. We also may discover new sides to ourselves and deepen our relationship with life.  At the same time Dragon Dreaming strengthens community, helping us to build and sustain teams based on trust and cooperation, in which communication and appreciation are especially valued.  Dragon Dreaming also fosters diversity, creativity and vitality, not only for ourselves and the team but rather for the whole world. Dragon Dreaming creates sustainability.

Feedback changes any system to which it is added.  Apply feedback to your own brain and you have the ability to empower yourself to live to your  fullest potential. Participate in something that CEO’s of billion-dollar companies, scientists, police officers, Green Berets, pro athletes, artists, office workers, even Zen and Yoga masters use to achieve new levels of peak performance.  People of every age and walk of life experience powerful new bursts of creativity, emotional renewal, and even spiritual epiphanies beyond anything they ever thought themselves capable of.  Men and women suffering the effects of brain aging, memory loss, ADD and ADHD, depression, panic and anxiety disorders, addictions, and even stroke can transform their lives in ways they couldn’t even imagine.

Nonviolent Communication (abbreviated NVC, also called Compassionate Communication or Collaborative Communication) is a communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg beginning in the 1960s. It focuses on three aspects of communication: self-empathy (defined as a deep and compassionate awareness of one’s own inner experience), empathy (defined as an understanding of the heart in which we see the beauty in the other person), and honest self-expression (defined as expressing oneself authentically in a way that is likely to inspire compassion in others).  Nonviolent Communication is based on the idea that all human beings have the capacity for compassion and only resort to violence or behavior that harms others when they don’t recognize more effective strategies for meeting needs. Habits of thinking and speaking that lead to the use of violence (psychological and physical) are learned through culture. NVC theory supposes all human behavior stems from attempts to meet universal human needs and that these needs are never in conflict. Rather, conflict arises when strategies for meeting needs clash. NVC proposes that if people can identify their needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs, harmony can be achieved.

A memorable speaking engagement can transform a career – learn how to tell stories that stir up emotion and move listeners to the edge of their seats. Join Michael Port and Amy Mead for the most engaging public speaking course you’ll ever encounter, Heroic Public Speaking. Public speaking is notoriously difficult, but working professionals can rarely avoid it. Whether it’s selling your work to a potential client, presenting a deck to collaborators, or giving a talk in front of a large audience, it is almost guaranteed that you’ll have to speak in front of others – learn how to do it well. In this Heroic Public Speaking course, Michael and Amy will teach you a system for engaging, persuading, and inspiring your audience, no matter the size.

Most companies are struggling to keep up in the Global Innovation Economy, with unprecedented business opportunities but with exponentially improving technologies and rapidly increasing global competition. The lifetime of S&P 500 companies has declined from almost 100 years in 1900 to under 20 years in 2015. Almost all measures of innovative performance show poor results, although there is an abundance of business opportunities, especially in underdeveloped countries. Working with thousands of senior executives, managers, and professionals from around the world, we have found that very few enterprises have systematic innovation processes. The test is to ask a professional in the enterprise to describe their company’s innovation process. If they can’t, there probably isn’t one. Only a few can pass that test. BUT Innovation is not the result of luck or a lone genius. Rather it is a disciplined process that can be learned, shared, and improved. The Practice of Innovation embodies practices that work because they were tested and refined for decades with a broad range of partners and organizations.

Most people live their lives trapped within just five senses. While the sweet taste of a strawberry in summer is pleasurable, you have a sixth sense which is more beneficial than every one of your five senses… combined. When you reconnect with this most powerful sense, you can tune into a universally shared understanding of the world. By becoming closer to your most developed and authentic representation of your life, you can connect to your innate psychic abilities and receive spiritual guidance on all levels.  Your psychic ability started growing when you were no bigger than a pinky nail. And it still exists right now, waiting within you to be utilized.  What’s more, is that your intuition is calling out to you at this very moment. Your innate connection to life wants you to reconnect — because it knows what is best for you. It is an all-powerful voice that wants to help guide your questions, thoughts, and decisions, and is waiting for you to tune in.  You might recognize when your inner voice speaks to you, by the way you immediately feel completely empowered, connected, and fully relaxed — no matter your surroundings or your environment.  Yet, this feeling doesn’t have to be temporary, when you learn how to tune into your intuition when and wherever you need it.

Theory U proposes that the quality of the results that we create in any kind of social system is a function of the quality of awareness, attention, or consciousness that the participants in the system operate from. Since it emerged around 2006, Theory U has come to be understood in three primary ways: first as a framework; second, as a method for leading profound change; and third, as a way of being – connecting to the more authentic of higher aspects of our self. In exploring this territory more deeply, we realized that most of the existing learning methodologies relied on learning from the past, while most of the real leadership challenges in organizations seemed to require something quite different: letting go of the past in order to connect with and learn from emerging future possibilities.

Conflict stories are our most interesting stories. When you see two people deeply engaged in conversation, chances are that one of them is telling a conflict story. They’re fascinating. And we have such strong opinions about them, especially when they are our stories. We live them again and again as we revisit the events, the feelings, the thoughts about what we should have said, and how perfect things could be if only our adversaries would change. Conflict too often provides the bricks and mortar for walls that keep out the world and those we love. Constructed of fear, judgment, defensiveness, and misunderstanding, our walls are meant to keep us safe and maintain the rightness of our opinions. The problem is that walls work two ways. Our carefully assembled grudges, justifications, and attitudes are, at the same time, barriers to what we desire most—connection to our wisdom, to our humanity, and to the source of universal intelligence that supports us all. In this process you learn not to resist an attack but instead you will learn to blend, control and redirect energy.

The system of “Yoga in Daily Life” is systematic and graduated, integrating all areas of life and offering something valuable for each phase of life. Regardless of age or physical constitution, this system opens the classical path of Yoga to all. In developing this system to accommodate the needs of today’s people, much consideration was given to the conditions within modern society, without losing the originality and effect of the ancient teachings. The word “Yoga” originates from Sanskrit and means “to join, to unite”. Yoga exercises have a holistic effect and bring body, mind, consciousness and soul into balance. In this way Yoga assists us in coping with everyday demands, problems and worries. Yoga helps to develop a greater understanding of our self and the purpose of life.

Receive profound Indigenous wisdom in a sacred circle for healing, teaching, sharing, co-creating and community building. Learn to live Indigenous Guiding Principles for Building a Sustainable and Harmonious World that emerged from a forty year process of reflection, consultation and action within Indigenous communities across the Americas. They are rooted in the concerns of hundreds of Indigenous elders and leaders of thought, as well as in the best thinking of many scholars, researchers and human and community development practitioners. These principles constitute the software for the process of healing and developing ourselves (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual), our human relationships (personal; social, political, economic, cultural) and our relationship with our Mother Earth. They describe the way we must work and what we must protect and cherish. They provide a foundation for meaningful dialogue and a respect for unity in diversity.
